This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of books, whether physical or digital, made through the website of Ricky Allen / RELATE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Physical Books
1.1 Return Eligibility. Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
1.2 Return Procedure. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact the Company at [insert email/phone] and provide the order number and reason for return. The Company will provide return instructions.
1.3 Return Shipping. Unless the book was received damaged or defective, the Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
1.4 Refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven to ten (7–10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by the Company. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
2. Digital Books (E-Books, Audiobooks, and Other Downloads)
2.1 All Sales Final. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital books are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once the digital file has been delivered.
2.2 Technical Issues. In the event a digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise defective, the Customer must notify the Company within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. The Company will, at its sole discretion, either provide a replacement file or issue a refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Notification Requirement. Customers must notify the Company of any damaged or defective physical books within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
3.2 Remedy. Upon verification of the defect or damage, the Company will either (i) replace the item at no additional cost to the Customer, or (ii) issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
4. Exchanges
4.1 The Company does not process direct exchanges. If the Customer desires a different item, the original purchase must be returned (subject to the terms above), and a new order must be placed separately.
