Ricky Allen is a preacher, author, motivational speaker, trainer, and founder of RELATE LLC. Driven by a commitment to fostering exceptional personal and professional growth, he brings decades of leadership, ministry, training, and expertise in transformational communication to diverse audiences.
He spent seven years as a trainer, group facilitator, and internal consultant in process improvement and reengineering for a Fortune 500 utility company, helping individuals and teams think differently, communicate better, and work more effectively.
As the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Immanuel Family Worship Center of Jacksonville , Arkansas, he has spent more than 36 years training servant leaders to become more effective in Christian ministry.
Through RELATE LLC, Ricky equips individuals, churches, teams, and organizations with practical wisdom, relational insight, and inspirational guidance designed to strengthen purpose, improve connection, and inspire people to Live Legendary by Design.
